Introduction
1. Workplace Conduct
- 1.1 Mutual Respect All employees must treat each other with: Respect / Dignity / Professionalism.
- 1.2 Zero Tolerance for Harassment Strict prohibition of: – Sexual harassment / Bullying or aggressive behavior / Physical or verbal intimidation / Gender-based comments or discrimination
A confidential complaint mechanism must be available.
2. Safety & Machine Operation Compliance
- 2.1 Mandatory Safety Procedures – Use of PPE (gloves, masks, coat, caps, safety shoes). / Following machine operation SOPs. / Reporting faulty equipment immediately.
- 2.2 Restricted Areas – Unauthorized entry into sterile zones, warehousing zones, or R&D area prohibited. / Food and beverages are not allowed in manufacturing zones.
3. Logistics & Warehouse Compliance
- Goods must be handled only by trained personnel.
- FIFO must be strictly followed.
- No product, raw material or packaging may leave factory without documented approval.
- No employee may offer or accept personal favors from transporters or vendors.
4. Procurement Compliance
- 4.1 Vendor Selection · Must be based on quality, compliance, pricing, and reliability—not personal relationships.
- 4.2 Anti-Corruption · No personal commissions, kickbacks, or gifts accepted from suppliers. · All negotiations must be transparent and documented.
- 4.3 Confidentiality · Raw material specifications, pricing, formulation, and SOPs are confidential. · No sharing of internal production data without authorization.
5. Behavior Between Male & Female Workers
- 5.1 Safe & Respectful Workplace · No physical or verbal misconduct. · Maintain appropriate professional boundaries. · Respect personal space and gender-based facilities (separate washrooms).
- 5.2 Disciplinary Process Any violation results in: · Warning → Suspension → Termination depending on severity.
6. REPORTING & ESCALATION MECHANISM
Employees must report:
- Ethical violations · Harassment
- Safety breaches · Bribery attempts
- Misconduct with HCPs or government bodies
- Procurement irregularities.
Reports can be made to:
- HR
- Compliance Officer
- Senior Management
- Anonymous internal channel (if implemented) Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
7. NON-COMPLIANCE & ACTION
Violations may result in:
- Warning
- Disciplinary action
- Suspension
- Termination
- Legal action if applicable.
